Lightweight foam underlays provide a high performance to cost ratio and have quickly grown to become the product of choice. Each underlay is kind to the environment by being made with recycled post industrial waste and are completely recyclable after their long use. When choosing a rule of thumb is the thicker the underlay the better the Comfort, whilst the greater the Density the better the underlay will perform over time.

Crumb rubber underlays are kind to the environment whilst providing the highest level of performance. Made using recycled car tyres, with their high top quality rubber content deliver the ultimate underlay for durability. Great for heavy wear areas like the halls, stairs and landings in the home and for most commercial areas. They are suitable for both stretch fit and double stick installation methods. Furthermore, some crumb rubbers are suitable for single stick allowing for quick and clean removal of the flooring at the end of its life.

Lawrence has a family history in the Carpet & Flooring industry, with both his father and grandfather owning several Carpet Shops and a Flooring Wholesale Company. Lee Smart is also the 3rd generation of his family to work in the flooring industry. Lee spent the first 20 years of work life looking after the UK and Ireland sales for various well known global flooring manufacturers. Joining with Lawrence to help start up Salesmark West in 2013, Lee has since worked behind the scenes helping push the new business from strength to strength. He is now Commercial Director, helping procure and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and clients alike.
