The Swivel lock stretcher gives you the benefit of both swivel and straight heads. It has 60° swivel range, which helps with patterned carpet. The stretcher has a built in locking pint that will allow you to lock the swivel head in 5 positions. There is a pin depth adjustment bar that will allow for variable pin depth penetration in different thicknesses of carpet. It comes with adjustable locking tubes and folding tail block.
