Floorwise Pro-Screed Gold A versatile 2 part latex polymer levelling and smoothing compound with excellent flow and adhesion properties. The unique formulation qualities allow the compound to be installed without the need to prime on most sub floors. The ultra fast setting compound can be walked on after as little as 90 minutes and floor-coverings can be installed after just 4 hours. It can be applied from depths of 2mm to 12mm in one application and up to 30mm with aggregate. It is moisture tolerant and can be laid under and over DPM’s and can be applied over most underfloor heating systems.
