How do I sign up?

Trade customers (retailers, installers, contractors) can open a Salesmark West trade account for exclusive pricing, credit terms (subject to approval), and simplified online/phone ordering and payment facilities.

How do I register for a trade account with Salesmark West?

  • Complete our trade application (company details, VAT number and trade references).
  • Once approved, we’ll issue your login details.
  • Request credit terms if required (subject to status).

What are your delivery times, and how do they work?

  • We dispatch daily from our warehouse to trade customers across southern England.
  • Standard delivery is within 3 working days; timed or next-day services available if possible.
  • If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately with an ETA and offer alternatives.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We provide regular trade deliveries across Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Berkshire, West London, and the Channel Islands.

  • Local routes: Served by our own fleet for reliability and careful handling.
  • Wider & island deliveries: Managed via trusted logistics partners.
  • Collections: Available by prior arrangement.

What is the minimum order value for trade deliveries?

Deliveries via our own transport qualify for free delivery. Orders outside of our own vehicle delivery area may incur a delivery charge. Certain products (e.g. adhesives, underlays) may have carton or pallet minimums.

How do returns or faulty goods work?

  • Please notify us within 14 days of delivery of damaged, incorrect or faulty goods.
  • Keep the original packaging and the proof of delivery until we resolve the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, collection or credit as quickly as possible.

What kinds of flooring products do you supply?

We stock LVT (luxury vinyl tiles), laminate, underlays, sub-floor preparation products, finishing profiles, adhesives, gripper and fitting accessories. Branded and specialist ranges available; ask our team for current lines.

Can I request free samples?

Yes. Trade customers can request swatches or display boards. In some cases, sample costs are refunded or credited against future orders; check our sample policy when you order.

How do I measure and plan for installation or wastage?

  • Allow 5–10% for waste depending on layout, pattern and cuts.
  • Measure full room dimensions, including recesses, stairs and doorways.
  • Tell us about patterns or plank direction; we’ll help optimise usage.

Do you offer credit terms, and what payment options are available?

Credit terms are available to approved trade accounts. We accept card payments, BACS, cheques, cash and trade invoices. Non-trade account customers still receive trade pricing.
