These compounds are applied over existing subfloors to correct imperfections, level uneven surfaces, encapsulate old residues and provide a suitable base for the final flooring material.

The Floorwise Pro-Screed system now comprises Ultra, Xtra, Gold, Dura, Feather, Prime and Prime & Grab. The versatility of the Pro-Screed levelling and smoothing system is down to its advanced features and characteristics:
Versatility: These compounds are designed to be versatile and suitable for use on different types of subfloors, including concrete, plywood, and underfloor heating systems.
Self-levelling: The Pro-Screed range of compounds is self-levelling. They flow and spread evenly across the surface, automatically filling low spots and creating a level plane.
Rapid setting: The Pro-Screed range of levelling compounds has varying setting times. Floorcoverings can be installed between two to six hours. Pro-Screed Ultra is designed for quick setting, allowing for faster installation of the final flooring material.
Thickness: Pro-Screed levelling compounds can be applied in varying thicknesses to accommodate different substrate conditions and requirements.
Moisture resistance: Ultra, Xtra and Gold are formulated to resist moisture, making them suitable for use in areas with high humidity or beneath a Damp Proof Membrane (DPM).
